Most repairs are done in same or next business day, including virus removal and/or PC tune-up, Windows factory install, data backups, and laptop or phone screen, hard drive, and power supply repairs. Same day repair in most cases. *Parts must be in stock and device dropped off before noon for same day service. *Our data policy for repairs requires that you the customer are responsible for backing up your own data! While we will never format or delete data without letting you know first, we cannot be held liable for data lost while attempting repairs. We encourage you to back up your data early and often! If you don't have a backup please ask for one! |
